R. PANTOJA CALDERÓN
Architect and landscape urbanist with twenty years of integrated practice at the intersection of urban studies, landscape urbanism, and socio-ecological governance.
Educated at Drury University (US), the Berlage Institute (NL), and Universidad Iberoamericana (MX), his research develops nature-based and participatory strategies to strengthen resilience and spatial justice and water governance in peri-urban territories of the Global South.
Director of EVO-A-LAB and Full-Time Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey; Honorary Professor at Bangor University (UK).
Named one of Mexico’s “10 Promising Voices in Architecture” (Revista Obras, 2009).
